I found myself dating a married man for a few months, and his wife found out. He confessed his affair and ended his relationship with me. He must not have been honest with her about the time span of our relationship and suspected that she must have figured out that he hadn’t been completely honest. He had already erased all of the e-mails and other correspondences from early in our relationship, and he wants me to erase them on my end as well. I still look back at old e-mails and pictures from time to time, just for the good memories and so I’d really hate to erase them. I understand why he’d erase his though, because she can dig through them, and he’s making it seem that she can somehow access mine as well or take legal action to have my phone records and e-mails and computer searched. As far as I’m concerned, an affair is not a crime and even if it were, she already got a confession which is enough if she wanted a divorce, so she needs no further evidence…. Is there any way that she can really legally access my computer and/or emails? or is he just paranoid?

My mom and dad divorced about 12 years ago and my father just told me a few weeks ago that I have an older sister from a previous marriage. My mother didn’t even know he was married before. (my mom and dad were married over in Germany so I guess they didn’t check his records)…. What a shock! I have another sister and just found out at 27y/o.
How can I find my sister. I don’t have alot of info. All I know is her mothers name and her name is either Christine or Christina Nicole. Her last name was probably changer after the divorce b/c my father gave up his rights.
Do I need more info to search? I looked on a couple of sites and came up empty handed.
Any advice?

Ok so me and my husband are separated for more than 2 years. We communicate and i can say were good friends for the sake of our child. Now I filed the divorce which cost me $1250. I havent received a child support payment yet but it has been filedand paid some to my lawyer. I asked him to help me pay for filing divorce, any amount he could give and I will pay the rest. Her mother is sick mentally but she is normal most of times. So she used to watch my son when im at work, only 3-6 hours for atleast 2-3 times a month or very seldom. Im the one to drop off and pick up my son from their place but usually i dont go there inside the apartment.
Maybe 3-4 times for not even 10 minutes that i stayed a bit.
One time I talked to my husband about getting the xbox 360 that my son used to play that toy. So its considered its my son. I went there and took it with the permission of his mom coz she was there to open door. And he found out i had it and he was mad and threaten and curse me. He said he will call police and press charge of me stealing his stuff.
There were 2 days that there were knocking doors but didnt opened it. He left message on my phone saying he was there outside my door apartment and with police and i will return his belongings.
I called police departments and checked if im arrested of him accusing me stealing something but they dont have any report like that.
His sister sent me message cursing and threatening me also saying she wish his brother will murdered me and police will search me. That they already filed a restraining order against me. And never bring my son in their place anymore.
FYI my husband had a felony record and had a restraining order, he didnt showed up at the court hearing and so judge suggested that i will re open again when needed.
What will I do? Should I report them to police especially his sister ?
HELP!
